The PD1 Pouch Dispenser is a highly cost effective way to insert small pouches into a large variety of bottles and containers. It can be used for Desiccants, oxygen absorbers, sensormatic security strips, and a wide variety of other products.

Simply place our 8” deep x 19” wide x 8.5” height unit on your packaging line and you can be automating an otherwise time consuming process while leaving an incredibly small footprint. The PD1 is designed to run in any three shift operation alleviating the need for manual labor.

The PD1 Pouch dispenser comes with a state of the art TOUCH SCREEN DISPLAY that makes the operation of all ABOX machines so simple that even an inexperienced person can operate them with ease. As shown in Fig. 2, there are several initial options to choose from which lead to the operation of the machine including the innovative AUTO FEED option. This option allows the operator to simply insert the material into the in-feed, and the machine will do the rest to properly orient the material at the cut point.
