Unwind_Stand

The DUW series unwind stand is a cost effective way to easily automate your unwinding processes. Simply place your roll of material on the shaft and securely lock it in place with easy to use quick shaft locks. Having these quick locks means that the cores can be changed effortlessly with absolutely no tools. This advantage greatly reduces downtime between rolls.

The stand itself operates on 110 Volts AC and is controlled with the aid of a dancer arm. As the dancer arm rises, it detects the demand of the mating machinery, and speeds up or slows down the unwind process accordingly. This allows for a consistent level of tension being applied to the material at all times.
