The PD1 Pouch Dispenser is a highly cost effective way to insert small pouches into a large variety of bottles and containers. It can be used for Desiccants, oxygen absorbers, sensormatic security strips, and a wide variety of other products.

 

Simply place our 8” deep x 19” wide x 8.5” height unit on your packaging line and you can be automating an otherwise time consuming process while leaving an incredibly small footprint. The PD1 is designed to run in any three shift operation alleviating the need for manual labor.

· Standard exit chutes designed specially for each material

· Dual stepper motors

· Dual track drive belts for maximum accuracy

· Automatic loading for easy product changes

· Remote Touch screen display

· Speeds up to 200 ppm

· Door safety lock system (Must shut down air to open)

· Pneumatically operated (30-40 psi Clean Shop Air)

· Removable Blade assembly for quick Blade Changes

· Two Color Light Tower for machine status

 

Options:

 

· The PD1 is available with or without an unwind stand

· It is also available on a mobile stand to ease the movement of the machine from one line to another

· A variety of sensors are available:

· Out of material sensor

· Product Jam sensors

· Product verification sensor

· Cut registration sensors

· Upstream/downstream sensors

· Gating systems, star wheels, or timing screws

The PD1 Pouch dispenser comes with a state of the art TOUCH SCREEN DISPLAY (Fig. 1) that makes the operation of all ABOX machines so simple that even an inexperienced person can operate them with ease. As shown in Fig. 2, there are several initial options to choose from which lead to the operation of the machine including the innovative AUTO FEED option. This option allows the operator to simply insert the material into the in-feed, and the machine will do the rest to properly orient the material at the cut point. Combine this with the multitude of other available features, and you will have a machine that answers your every need in pouch dispensing.
