The PD2 Pouch Dispenser is the second generation version of an already proven machine. With it’s capability to insert over 300 ppm, it is sure to meet the needs of even the most demanding packaging line. With it’s robust design and construction, the pd2 is sure to provide years of maintenance free operation. Also, like the pd1, the pd2 maintains an extremely small footprint allowing it to squeeze into the tightest packaging lines.

· Standard exit chutes designed specially for each material

· Dual track drive belts for maximum accuracy

· Automatic loading for easy product changes

· Remote Touch screen display

· Speeds up to 300 ppm

·            Automatic air shut off when safety door is opened

·            Automatic disabling of all drive components with door opened

·            Full guarding on all moving parts

· Removable knife assembly for quick Blade Changes

· Two Color Light Tower for machine status

· Pneumatically operated (45-80 psi Clean Shop Air)

 

Options:

· The pd2 is available with or without an unwind stand

· It is also available on a mobile stand to ease the movement of the machine from one line to another

· Gating System, Star Wheels, or Timing Screws

· A variety of sensors are available:

· Out of material sensor

· Product Jam sensors

Cut registration sensors
