GKAF Cut to Length
Our GKAF Cut to Length machines are a highly cost effective way to add automatic cutting to your facility. With it’s clean clear anodized aluminum and stainless steel construction, the unit can endure any environment.
It can be used for a multitude of products that come in roll form including: papers, films, foils, and other similar flexible materials. Standard cutting widths range from 0 to 960 mm with the ability to cut up to any length. (Longer widths are available) The material is fed with the aid of a stepper motor or servo option, and specially coated rollers that are pneumatically engaged. This system ensures that the material is fed to the correct cutting lengths and a high accuracy is maintained. The cutting is handled by our state of the art guillotine knife assembly with four guide shafts for superior strength and durability.
