Our Pneumatic Punch Assemblies are a highly cost effective way to add modular punching capabilities to any piece of equipment. With it’s heavy duty hardened steel construction, the units can deliver years of service in the toughest environments.
The units are pneumatically actuated and can easily be controlled with a standard solenoid setup.
All of the components are manufactured using precision EDM type machines with the capability of holding up to .0001” tolerance between the punch and die.
Almost any shape can be achieved and the unit can be customized to adapt to any piece of equipment.
Just bolt on the assembly using supplied hole pattern and your done!
