Our Unwind / Rewind Stands are a highly cost effective way to add roll stock capabilities to any converting or packaging line. With an abundance of available options, these units are easily tailored to fit into any situation.
The Stands can be dancer controlled for motor driven applications or it can utilize a variety of brakes or clutches to achieve the desired material tension. Our dancer controlled units include speed matching technology that varies the motor speed based on dancer position.
The Units can be supplied with standard or air shafts for quick product change over. The shafts are also offered in cantilever or supported end versions.
The stands can also be coupled with various edge guide systems to ensure precise product delivery.
